Job Description

Hazel Findlay is looking for the right person to join our Activities Department as an Activities Director. Position is full-time and requires flexibility for special events.

Flexible scheduling Free meals Massage chair 403B retirement plan with a 4% employer match 75% tuition reimbursement Education Requirement of one of the following: CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist 2 years experience in social/recreational programs within the last 5 years and completed a training course approved by the State of Michigan Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant Life Enrichment Ambassadors at Clinton Commons are responsible for: Responsible for performing supervisory duties of all activity staff including creating schedules, completing performance reviews, interviews, and training. Participates in QAPI program Serves as the volunteer coordinator. Develops and provides activities to residents at the facility. Responsible for providing a varied, stimulating, and meaningful activities program to residents. Acts as a liaison with the community as needed. Maintains our functional maintenance program including delegating tasks to functional maintenance nurse aides.
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
