As a Physical Therapist, you will be helping persons served to improve their physical function, mobility and quality of life. Job responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's physical limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals, interventions, and expected outcomes
• Administer therapy treatments and exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and pain management
• Educate clients, families, and staff about conditions, treatment strategies, and prevention techniques
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as needed for optimal outcomes
• Participate in team meetings to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Deliver 28 billable client-facing hours weekly, providing life-changing therapy
• Other duties as assigned Job requirements :
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed Physical Therapist (any state) with willingness to obtain Michigan licensure
• Minimum of one year experience working with developmentally disabled or catastrophically injured individuals, including TBI
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, independent, and highly motivated
• Empathy and a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care.
