Cornerstone Nursing & Rehab Center is looking for an Activity Aide Flexible Schedule 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. including every other Saturday- up to 40 hrs./week Fun Work Environment Training Available Licensed Nursing Assistant Preferred to assist during times most needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Invite residents to activity programs Record daily attendance at activities, charting and documenting according to federal, state, local and facility standards Coordinate activities with other departments, as necessary Participate in surveys or inspections made by regulating agencies Participate in and attend various committees of the facility Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information Encourage residents to participate in hobbies and crafts Encourage one-to-one relationships between residents and staff members Write letters for residents Provide assistance to church services Initiate and promote activities both within the facility and outside the facility, to stimulate and promote residents interest and well-being.
