Group Home Director

The Group Home Director helps develop and oversees the implementation of the program plan for each resident residing in the group home. The Group Home Director is responsible for supervising the staff of the home and ensuring that they are trained and utilized in a fashion to best meet the individual needs of the residents that we serve. Must be available to work flexible hours and be added to the Administrator On Call rotation. Must be willing to assume the responsibility of a Therapy Aid/Med Tech if needed or short staffed.

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Patient care: 1 year (Preferred)
