Duties Build strong rapport with residents through personalized interactions and attentive communication Assist with daily living activities and provide companionship to residents with disabilities or special needs Collaborate with team members to ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and aligned with individual care plans Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity feedback using basic computer skills in Microsoft Office or similar programs Support the overall recreational therapy goals by working closely with nursing staff and family members Skills Proven experience in event planning Strong understanding of geriatrics, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory support strategies Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and team members Demonstrated ability to build resident rapport and foster a positive community atmosphere Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Embark on a fulfilling career where your creativity and compassion help seniors thrive!
