Apply Director of Therapeutic Recreation Services Carmel, NY Apply Job Type Full-time Description Arms Acres is seeking an experienced Director of Therapeutic Recreation Services to lead and expand our wellness and therapeutic recreation programs. In this leadership role, you'll oversee therapeutic recreation, wellness initiatives, art therapy, equine therapy, and campus-wide recreational programming designed to support individuals on their recovery journey. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create engaging, evidence-based programs that promote physical health, emotional wellness, life skills, and long-term recovery. If you're passionate about creating meaningful therapeutic experiences and making a lasting impact in the lives of individuals in recovery, we'd love to hear from you. #INDHP Requirements Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) 3+ years of leadership experience in therapeutic recreation, behavioral health, wellness programming, or substance use treatment Strong leadership, organizational, and program development skills Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams CTRS certification preferred INDHP Salary Description $60-65k Apply View All Jobs
