We are seeking a dynamic, and creative Director of Activities to lead and elevate our resident programming. This position will grow the enrichment program. This is a high-visibility leadership position responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and execution of a comprehensive activities across various domains of well-being including expressive arts, gardening, baking, physical movement, intellectual and sensory stimulation. You will own and manage the day-to-day operation of resident programming, with a strong focus on enriching the lives of our residents and connections within the outer community. You'll serve as both a program strategist and hands-on facilitator, ensuring residents have access to engaging, diverse, and meaningful experiences that promote connection, creativity, and overall wellbeing.
