School/Division:
School of Health Sciences Description To provide clinical supervision to Creative Arts Therapy graduate students who are completing their clinical practicum and/or internship in the CMHP Clinic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervises Creative Arts Therapy students engaged in their clinical practicum and/or internship in the Counseling and Mental Health Professions Clinic. Observes students running psychoeducational groups on-site at the Joan and Arnold Saltzman Community Services Center. Attends bi-monthly supervision meetings with the Counseling and Mental Health Professions Clinic Director. Qualifications Master's degree in creative arts therapy. Current New York State Creative Arts Therapy License. At least 5 years' experience supervising practicum students and interns in creative arts therapy. Experience using Electronic Health Records systems for the purpose of reviewing student clinician's charts, progress notes, and treatment plans . Preferred Quals Summary Art Therapy Credentialed Supervisor. Special Instructions Please upload the following with your application for consideration: Cover letter. Curriculum vitae.
