Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Activity Aide to join our team and help plan and deliver engaging recreational programs for our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recreation and leisure activities and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recreational programs and events for the residents , including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community the residents.
  • Ensure that all programs and services meet safety and accessibility standards.
  • Document on residents participation. Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Engage with residents.
  • Engaging activities to stimulate our residents.
  • Positive personality and wanting to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
