Job Overview We are looking for someone who enjoys being creative and is passionate about improving the quality of life for our residents. This person would not only create and coordinate different events for our residents and the community but also help the activity team execute these ideas. These activities can range in scope from games, projects, and outings for our residents to community events our facility can host to one-on-one time spent with residents, as well as any other ideas the activities director might come up with! Other duties would include managing the company's social media, advertising activities happening at the facility, and working with residents on ideas and requests they have, so in addition to creativity and coordination skills, computer skills and communication skills are also important.
