As our Activities Director, you aren't just filling a calendar with Bingo slots. You are the architect of joy. You'll lead our Activity Department, working alongside our medical and therapy teams to ensure every resident has a personalized plan that feeds their soul, sharpens their mind, and keeps their spirits high.
What You'll Be Doing Dream It, Do It:
Design and direct high-energy (and high impact) programs that residents actually want to attend. The "Deep Dive": Get to know our residents personally to create care plans that meet their mental, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
Facility Leader:
Manage the department's daily operations, budgets, and—most importantly—the fun.
Stay Sharp:
Keep us ahead of the curve by following federal and state guidelines while implementing fresh facility policies. Hillside Plaza - East Side of Cleveland Rooted in the
