Leads activities involving movement, sports, games, and other activities for brain stimulation. Assists patients with disabilities to learn to use public resources such as parks and public transportation, and integrate in the community. Works with people of all ages, in schools, nursing homes, clinics and other healthcare facilities, or in parks and recreation departments.

Now Hiring:

Weekend Youth Behavioral Health Respite Aide (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) Taking the youth into the community for activities such as the library, community center, park, YMCA, Chuckie Cheese, recreation, arts and crafts, exercise, community center, or other approved outings.



Maintaining a safe and supportive environment throughout the visit.



Completing a brief service note documenting the activities, support provided, and the youths participation.



Ideal candidates are dependable, patient, energetic, and comfortable working with youth who have behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Be 18 years of age or olderHave a high school diploma or GEDSuccessfully complete required background and reference checksHave reliable transportationHave a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance when driving is requiredHave or be willing to obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certificationBe dependable and maintain consistent attendanceBe comfortable working in home and community-based settingsMaintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundariesBe available to work every other weekend recblid 5up5z8m3r907e5qzkyck5li8h84ax8
