Hillside Place , our beautiful memory care community in Lincoln City, OR is looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator! Job Summary:
The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the development and coordination of meaningful and enriching activity programs that reflects the varied interests of our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. The LEC will develop programming that encompasses all facets of an individual's being: physical, social, intellectual, artistic, and spiritual , which includes activities inside and outside of the community. You will also be responsible for the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteer members and the cultivation of staff involvement in activities.

High school degree or equivalent required Must pass a criminal background check Valid drivers license (required to drive the activity bus) Comfortable leading group activities while supporting individual needs Ability to lift 25-40 pounds routinely and lead physically demanding activities Strong communication and problem-solving with residents, family, and team Experience coordinating activities, or in Assisted Living, is a PLUS!
