Certified Activity Director We are seeking a Certified Activity Director to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, organized, and passionate about improving the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and implement engaging activities for residents Develop individualized activity programs based on residents' interests and abilities Organize social, recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities Encourage resident participation and promote social interaction Maintain accurate activity records and documentation Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams Ensure activities meet applicable regulatory and facility requirements
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Activity Director Experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate and resident-focused approach Ability to create meaningful and engaging programs for residents At Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation and Rehab, our mission is to provide our residents with comprehensive health services of the highest quality in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
