Schedule & Compensation Every other weekend 9am-2pm $15.50/hour Job Description The Lifestyle Enrichment Professional is responsible for facilitating Well-being and recreational Lifestyle Enrichment as assigned in treatment plans or activity schedule as directed by the Well-Being Director. Possess the ability to obtain and interpret information considering age specific needs of the resident. Promotes environment that supports all aspects of Well-Being; physical, social, emotional, vocational, intellectual, environmental, and spiritual. The Lifestyle Enrichment Professional assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the facility. Oversees residents engaged in scheduled enrichment to promote the physical, social, vocational, emotional and intellectual aspects of residents. Ensures that all activity care plans are used as tools in providing daily Lifestyle Enrichment for the residents. Assists the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator with the development and execution of the activity calendars with flexible scheduling for coverage, to include evening and weekend hours as assigned. Provides on-going Lifestyle Enrichment (group and self-directed). Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Minimum one year of Activities preferred Professional experience with geriatric residents in a Personal Care Home preferred.
