About the Role The Marquee Moments Director leads the design and implementation of resident activity programs that support holistic well-being, engagement, and enjoyment within the community. Must have experience. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee all community activity programs. Lead and mentor the Marquee Moments team to deliver quality programming. Coordinate volunteer efforts and community partnerships. Develop newsletters, calendars, and event materials. Collaborate with leadership to align programs with company philosophy. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Social Work, or related field preferred. Experience managing programs or teams in a senior living setting. Certification in Activities or Recreation Therapy desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.
