(ESI) seeks an energetic and dynamic Therapy Resource with at least five years' experience in the skilled nursing facility environment to cover its growing South Carolina operations. This position can be held by a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist and offers a unique opportunity to support our in-house therapy programs and growing outpatient practices. This position supports our Ensign affiliated facilities throughout South Carolina including West Columbia, Seneca, Rock Hill, Conway, and Charleston.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports Ensign affiliated facilities regarding culture, clinical, operational, and regulatory success. Inspires Therapy Leaders and facility leadership to ensure excellence in delivery of therapy services. Relentlessness in the pursuit of growing Ensign culture. Supports adherence to state and federal regulations. Travel required to facilities 4 to 5 days per week, with some travel out of state to other Ensign Affiliated markets.

Desired Skills:

A driver of culture and relationships. An ability to problem-solve, pivot when necessary, and create action to constantly improve in-house therapy teams and systems. Excellent communication skills An analytical and solutions-oriented thought process. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist Experience in Therapy Leadership (multi-site a plus) Record of supporting Long-term care and Outpatient programing Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the skilled nursing industry Ability to work with all levels of leadership on all aspects of therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting
