Role:
As our new Activity Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities for our residents. Your creative approach and attention to detail will help us create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes socialization, physical and mental well-being, and overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a diversified activity program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs and preferences Plan and coordinate activities, events, and outings that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation Recruit and manage volunteers and guest entertainers to support our activity program Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our activity program, making adjustments as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and reports
