Works with people of all ages, in schools, nursing homes, clinics and other healthcare facilities, or in parks and recreation departments.

Job Description

Carrollton Springs, a behavioral health hospital in Carrollton, TX, is seeking a Partial Hospitalization Program Therapist to provide group and individual therapy for adults, adolescents, and seniors in our PHP level of care. The therapist will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop and update treatment plans, lead evidence-based therapy groups, and coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers. This role supports patients and families through crisis stabilization, relapse prevention, and discharge planning in a safe, mission-driven, and patient-centered environment with ongoing clinical training.
