Activity Director Job Profile:
Transform Lives Through Engagement Innovative Program Development :
Craft and execute a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events that resonate with residents.
Community Connection :
Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars; arrange for community groups to visit.
Team Empowerment :
Educate, train, and inspire team members to foster meaningful connections and a strong community.
Personalized Touch :
Compile biographies on each new resident, ensuring a warm and customized welcome to the Community.
Event Coordination :
Create ambiance by decorating common areas for special events and holidays.
Resource Management :
Maintain inventory and manage budget, aligning with the community's goals and standards.
Activity Director Job Requirements:
Be the Heart of our
Community Certification :
Willingness to obtain Company-sponsored Activity Director certification as required.
Compassion and Enthusiasm :
Demonstrated love for working with seniors, and a zest for life.
Effective Communication :
Skilled in both written and oral communication with diverse audiences.
Valid Credentials :
