Responsibilities:
What your day to day might look like: Prepares payroll reporting, verifies accuracy and approves timesheets Prepares and discusses weekly schedule with Community Director Ensures subordinates are in compliance with company policies and procedures Provides a warm and sincere greeting to all residents, prospective residents, and guests in the front lobby. Communicates effectively on a regular basis with the Concierge, Bell Captains, and Community Director to update him/her on community operations. Stays abreast of all policies and procedures as presented in the Policy and Procedure Manual and/or interoffice memos. Performs other duties assigned by the Community Director.
