Growth About You:
The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activities Department. Develop a plan to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. As Activities Supervisor, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Must have a strong desire to help others, a positive attitude, and great work ethic. Must be a team player, polite, and possess the ability to think critically. This position is perfect for a candidate that wants to advance and make a real contribution, rather than simply collecting a paycheck.About us:
