As a Life Enrichment Manager, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful experiences and activities that contribute to the overall quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging programs and activities tailored to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
• Provide counseling on aging issues and support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless delivery of services related to home community care, nursing home, assisted living, and activities of daily living .
• Manage schedules effectively to optimize resident participation in recreational therapy programs.
• Foster open communication channels with residents, families, and staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Experience:

• Proven experience in senior care or related field with a strong understanding of aging issues counseling.
• Familiarity with home community care, nursing home, long term care, or assisted living settings.
• Background in recreational therapy or similar enrichment programs is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse groups.
