Director of Wellness & Member Activities
Job Description Teton Pines is looking for a wellness professional who has a minimum of 5 years of experience that enjoys working one on one with their clients as much as they do within and managing a team. A brand new state of the art wellness facility debuted this past spring, and with an actively engaged membership, the sky is the limit for creative wellness programming at the Pines. An ideal candidate should have experience with fitness for those 60 years and older; they will be required to hire accredited and appropriate staff to implement Teton Pines' programs as well as be an instructor themselves. Knowledge of all aspects of traditional, cutting edge, Eastern, and wellness industries is a plus. Additionally the Wellness Director should have familiarity with a kids camp program, and aquatics and pool operations. Candidate Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in health, wellness, and fitness programs ideally in the Club industry and in a similar position. Consistent, positive attiude and possesses excellent communication skills. Must be able to comfortably interact with a diverse group of people and manage and motivate staff.
Must understand how to proect, monitor, and evaluate the financial performance of their department.
Educational Requirements Ideally a degree in Sports Management or other related fields, certification in related Wellness fields such as personal trainer, yoga, pilates. Date Position Available
