Schedule:
2 shifts at 10 hours each 1 shift at 12 hours
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year of recent OR/Operating Room experience Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Proven ability to circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide safe, efficient patient care as part of the surgical team Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments for procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs throughout cases Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety at all times Maintain compliance with facility protocols and best practices
