Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and treatment planning, in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing the principles of rehabilitation nursing Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease management, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation strategies Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys to enhance the overall patient experience Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordinationRequirements:
Current registration with the Alabama State Board of Nursing Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation nursing principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet patient needs Compassionate and patient-centered approach to careWhat We Offer:
