Position Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS/CPR certification required Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care. Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans. Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment.
