Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Recent experience in an operating room environment required BLS certification; ACLS preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Solid understanding of operating room procedures and sterile technique Ability to quickly adapt to new procedures and care teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-, intra-, and postoperative patient care in the operating room Collaborate closely with surgical staff, anesthesia team, and other healthcare professionals Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes during procedures Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control standards Accurately document procedures and patient progress
