Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - Cath Lab Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in cardiac care to a dynamic healthcare environment where your nursing skills will make a genuine impact. This opportunity is focused on providing high-quality care in the Cath Lab, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through complex cardiovascular procedures. You'll leverage your experience to assist before, during, and after interventional and diagnostic cases, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current, valid RN license Experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Exceptional assessment, organizational, and communication skills Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent, fast-paced clinical settings Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and intervention equipment
Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac patients before, during, and after catheterization procedures Assist physicians with interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures Prepare patients and equipment, ensuring a sterile environment Administer medications and closely observe patient responses Accurately document all aspects of care in patient records Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care and recovery Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies within the
