CDL-A OTR

drivers for 100% no-touch freight running all 48 states, mostly east of I-35. No forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs.

Freight:

100% no-touch freight, so you're not loading or unloading by hand. Mix of drop-and-hook and live-unload loads. 50 to 60% drop and hook 40 to 50% live unload

Pay:

$0.56 to $0.60 per mile Up to 3 CPM performance bonus based on safety, mileage and productivity $1,400/week guaranteed minimum for your first 6 months (if requirements met) Average weekly pay $1,500

1,600 $2,000 sign-on bonus — ask your recruiter for the full payout breakdown

Schedule:

12 days out, 2 days home Run all 48 states, no load refusals, no preventable accidents

Equipment:

2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth Perks, starting day 30: Full medical, dental and vision, individual and family 401(k) with company match Pet and rider friendly from day 1 24/7 roadside and dispatch support

Requirements:

Valid

CDL-A, 21
