Qualifications RN License Nursing Diploma Full Job Description Position Overview:
Responsible for providing direct nursing care in a telemetry and IMC unit, following established policies and protocols.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor patient care plans, assess and communicate patient conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, carry out physician and nursing orders, and assist with discharge planning.Qualifications:
Valid nursing license from the Alabama Board of Nursing, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and an accredited nursing diploma.Skills and Attributes:
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and coordination skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.Work Environment:
Located in a facility with 15 telemetry beds and 8 IMC beds, offering full-time day and night shifts with pattern scheduling.Benefits:
