Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation is building a strong nursing team under new leadership , and we're seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for our evening shift. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - REQUIRED. Current CPR/BLS certification. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
