Every Other Weekend Join the Nursing Team at Hunter Creek Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on an every-other-weekend schedule . This opportunity is ideal for an RN looking for a consistent weekend nursing schedule while providing quality, hands-on care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - REQUIRED. Current CPR/BLS certification. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Dependable and available to work an every-other-weekend schedule. Compassionate and committed to quality resident care.
