Qualifications & Experience:

Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years recent experience in cardiac ICU or CVICU Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills required Previous experience working with a 1:2 patient-to-nurse ratio highly preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Monitor complex cardiac equipment, interpret cardiac rhythms, and administer critical medications Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and members of the care team
