•RN Responsibilities As a ShiftMed registered nurse, you'll be responsible for but not limited to: Ongoing patient assessment and observation to ensure optimum health levels. Administering and recording medications per facility policy and procedures. Transcribing and implementing written, verbal, and electronic physician orders.
