Job Description
Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and interpretation of telemetry rhythms Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and changing patient needsResponsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units Continuously assess, monitor, and document vital signs and cardiac rhythms Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans Safely administer medications and treatments per physician orders Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care Respond promptly to changes in patient condition; initiate appropriate interventions Maintain compliance with facility policies, protocols, and regulatory requirementsBenefits:
