Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a busy Med Surg unit Conduct thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and adjust interventions accordingly Safely administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals to coordinate care Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and discharge planning Document nursing activities clearly and accurately in compliance with facility policies Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications:
