Role:
As a Restorative Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients who require short-term rehabilitation and restorative services. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, focusing on restoring patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your expertise and compassion will empower our patients to achieve their full potential, preparing them for successful transitions back to their communities.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing personalized care plans that address their unique challenges Provide direct patient care, including wound assessment and management, medication administration, and treatments Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and prevention strategies Document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama Strong clinical skills and knowledge of restorative nursing principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
