Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Previous experience in an Operating Room environment BLS and ACLS certification (preferred) Solid critical thinking and communication skills Comfortable adapting to new electronic medical record systems and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Circulating and/or scrubbing for a variety of surgical cases Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists Ensuring all surgical instruments are sterile and supplies are ready before procedures Monitoring and advocating for patient safety throughout operative care Assisting with patient preparation and post-anesthesia care Maintaining accurate documentation and promptly reporting any changes in patient status
