Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans and conditions. Serve as a primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care. Follow physician and nursing orders accurately. Assess and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team. Qualifications and Skills Current licensure or eligibility as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing. BLS certification within 1 month of hire or transfer, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at the time of hire.
