If you thrive on autonomy, collaborative care, and patient-centered practice, we want to hear from you. Provide direct patient care according to established written protocols Diagnose health issues and perform comprehensive physical examinations Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests Assess severity of illness and establish appropriate timeframes for patient evaluation Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's identified needs Collaborate with the care team to consult on proposed treatment guidelines Monitor changes in patient health and adjust treatment plans accordingly Implement care plans in a systematic, timely manner Maintain accurate, timely documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) system Master's degree from an accredited nursing program. Board certified by either ANCC or
AANP. APN
authorization to practice in family health by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Prescriptive authorization. Minimum one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
