What We're Looking For:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Prior experience in rehabilitation nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and documentation abilities Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff Commitment to providing resident-centered, dignified care
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents Monitor vital signs and changes in resident health status, reporting concerns appropriately Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols Coordinate with therapy staff, physicians, and families on care plans Educate patients and family members on care routines and health management Maintain accurate, timely nursing records and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Uphold infection control standards and safety guidelines within the care environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
