Category Nursing - RN-Tele Job Type Travel Experience the vibrant spirit of Vance, Alabama while contributing your expertise as a skilled RN in a renowned renal unit. This travel nursing opportunity offers you the chance to broaden your professional horizons, working in a dedicated 36-bed renal unit that specializes in post-hemodialysis and continuous peritoneal dialysis care. Schedule and Hours:
Accepting 36 or 48 hours per week Must be open to floating to other units/hospitals as needed Rotational holidays and every other weekend required
Qualifications:
Associate degree in nursing (required) Current Alabama or Compact RN license (no temporary licenses) AHA BLS or Red Cross certification Minimum 18 months of experience under highest professional license; at least 1 recent year in Med/Surg Tele specialty strongly preferred
Core Responsibilities:
Manage patient care for those with acute and chronic kidney disease, including post-hemodialysis and ongoing peritoneal dialysis Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Mentor and support peers in a dynamic, high-acuity environment Float to other units and settings as patient volumes require
