This RN position in the LR-Home Health department offers a weekend option shift, working from 7 AM to 7 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. The role provides a total of 48 hours bi-weekly, allowing for a flexible weekend schedule. The position is ideal for those seeking part-time or weekend-focused home health nursing work. Providing patient care in a home health setting during scheduled weekend shifts. Ensuring quality and compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes. Adhering to all safety and clinical protocols while delivering services. Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans.
