They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understand department procedures to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications include being a new RN graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN. Basic skills are needed to meet care standards, and the nurse should be capable of partnering within an interdisciplinary team. CPR certification is required, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, and NALS provided if necessary. Specialty education is available for unit-specific needs. This position offers 72 hours bi-weekly during day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
