This opportunity is anticipated pending contract award. What We Offer Weekly pay - every week, on time Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance for eligible employees Dedicated recruiter support before, during, and after your assignment Extension opportunities and access to new assignments nationwide What You'll Do Providing the full range of adult medical-surgical nursing care to patients admitted to the ACU Assessing patients and using the nursing process to develop and carry out individualized care plans Monitoring patients for changes or complications and initiating appropriate nursing interventions Administering medications and monitoring for desired effects, side effects, and complications Performing IV access, IV infusions/IV medications, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, EKGs, and SVN respiratory treatments Responding to emergency codes Reviewing medical procedure/test results and determining appropriate nursing interventions Completing patient documentation in Chinle's Electronic Health Record (EHR) Coordinating care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Providing patient and family education Participating in inter-facility patient transports when needed Rotating to other nursing areas when necessary to support safe patient care What You Bring - Required Minimum 36 months of nursing experience At least 24 months of experience in the required specialty, which for this position is Adult Care Unit/Medical-Surgical nursing BLS â€"
