Weekly pay About the Role ShareSTAFF is hiring Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) for anticipated contract assignments at an Inpatient Hospital Setting in Chinle, AZ. The Pediatric Care Unit RN will provide inpatient pediatric medical-surgical nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment and care planning, medication administration, monitoring for changes or complications, clinical documentation, coordination with the interdisciplinary care team, and supporting safe patient care throughout the Pediatric Care Unit. This opportunity is anticipated pending contract award. What We Offer Weekly pay
  • every week, on time Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance for eligible employees Tax-free housing and meal stipends for travel assignments Dedicated recruiter support before, during, and after your assignment Extension opportunities and access to new assignments nationwide What You'll Do Provide direct inpatient nursing care to pediatric patients in the Pediatric Care Unit Assess patients and develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly identify potential complications Document assessments, interventions, medications, and patient responses in the electronic health record Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions Assist with inter-facility patient transports when required Participate in unit quality, safety, and infection-control activities Float or assist in other duty areas when directed to support patient-care needs What You Bring•Required Minimum 36 months of total nursing experience At least 12 months of experience in the Pediatrics Unit Candidates should have experience providing pediatric medical-surgical nursing care Current, valid and unrestricted RN license License may be from any U.
