Supplemental Health Care is hiring compassionate and experienced Hospice RNs to provide patient-centered care for individuals and families in Flagstaff, Arizona, and surrounding areas.Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of assignment Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) CHPN certification preferred, not required 1+ year of recent experience (within last 3 years) in hospice, home health, palliative care, or acute care Strong knowledge of symptom management, pain control, and hospice documentation (CMS CoPs, Medicare Hospice Benefit) Clear background and driving record; current TB test and immunizations Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance Flexibility for travel, occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shiftsHospice RN Contract Details:
$2,036- $2,210 per week
- Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage 4
