Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Utilize electronic medical record systems such as Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks to document patient information accurately

Skills:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper body mechanics
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems for documentation
