3x12-hour shifts (Sunday-Saturday, rotating schedule) Position Summary & Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to adult/telemetry/step-down (PCU) patients Monitor, assess, and manage patients with complex and acute conditions Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders Interpret telemetry/monitoring data and respond to changes in patient status Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and protocols Support patient and family education throughout the care process Qualifications Active RN License (Arizona or compact state
  • Required) Experience in PCU, step-down, or telemetry nursing preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
